Deployment & operational readiness
- Coordinate deployment and release activities for critical telecommunications and network infrastructure, aligning security, operational and change management requirements throughout the lifecycle.
- Review implementation plans, network changes and operational procedures to reduce risk and improve service reliability.
- Facilitate change reviews, implementation readiness assessments and post-implementation validation.
