Was the main point of contact for all server, workstation and telephone system issues. Worked with the Plano IT department on the initial conversion of the entire network from the old infrastructure to PFSweb. As the IT Specialist for eCost.com, duties included:
- Though the servers were administered remotely by the Plano IT department, often was required to troubleshoot issues when remote administration was not possible.
- Created, disabled and edited user accounts on the PFSweb network.
- Provided desktop support for up to 80 employees in the El Segundo office which included hardware, software, network, telephone, JD Edwards and MACS issues.
